Call for Consultants: Industry Engagement & Impact Evaluation

As the Westminster Menswear Archive approaches its tenth anniversary in 2026, we are reflecting on a decade of impact and planning for the future.
To support this work, we are commissioning two short-term consultancies to run between May and August 2025. These projects are funded through the University of Westminster’s Knowledge Exchange Seed Fund and will help define our future strategic direction.
1. Industry Engagement Consultancy
This project will develop a structured and financially sustainable model for how the Archive engages with brands, designers, and external researchers. The consultant will benchmark best practice, consult stakeholders, pilot new approaches, and deliver a framework for long-term implementation.
Budget: £9,000 (inclusive of all fees and expenses)
Deadline for proposals: 9 May 2025
2. Impact Evaluation Consultancy
This evaluation will assess the Archive’s academic, cultural, and industry impact from 2020–2025. It will support the development of a REF2027 impact case study and provide strategic recommendations to strengthen our public and research engagement.
Budget: £6,000 (inclusive of all fees and expenses)
